Falcons Promote Lionel Vital to Director of Player Personnel

The Atlanta Falcons have promoted Lionel Vital to director of player personnel. Vital was the associate director of player personnel before former director of player personnel Dave Caldwell left to become general manager of the Jacksonville Jaguars.
